I’m sorry to say this, but although your products are very good, there are some serious issues with your service. There is no proper tracking system to know where the package is, and there doesn’t seem to be a complaint desk to address customer concerns.

I have ordered from you twice, and both times I received damaged products. In both cases, the parcels were broken. For example, the Double Horse urad got product arrived in a condition that looked like the package had been chewed by a rat, with some of the contents missing.

Despite these issues, I have continued to order from you because the product quality is good. However, I hope you can improve your packaging, tracking system, and customer support.
